Unlocking problem

Hi, could anyone help? I have a Nokia Lumia 610 which I have had since 2015 and hasn't been used since then. It was originally registered with Orange I now have the PUK code but have been unable to unlock as the screen is telling me that the new EE sim is invalid/missing. Is there a way of getting past this first page to be able to enter the code?

@RoS65   A PUK code is to unlock your sim when you have entered the wrong sim pin more then 3 times so unlocking the sim.  You need to request the device to be unlocked and you can do that HERE
