I am leaving EE to go to another network, I have entered the correct IMEI code multiple times, it is verified, then I am getting a message from EE saying they are having problems at their end and to re-enter code or try later. I am unable to speak to anyone at EE so I am unsure what to do next??

I couldn't get through as my mobile number wasn't recognised as the switch had been made to Sky so the automated answer wouldn't let me go any further. However I got through eventually, spoke to a couple of really pleasant people who sorted it out for me. Even though I was leaving EE the customer service was excellent😀
