Trying to unlock my phone

I am trying to use the website's unlock function. When I enter the IMEI number, the site returns an error message - same result with three different browsers on two different operating systems, so obviously a problem at their end.
I have tried to phone but no-one ever answers. Is there another way? Or is there a best time to call?

@g7mzh-2 No such thing as a best time to call because that would mean others would be calling at that time ruling out a best time to call.
You’ll just have to be patient and wait.
