Simlock one2one Ericsson PH388

Hello,

I have a vintage Ericsson phone which is locked to One2One(T-Mobile), which merged with Orange and now it's EE (EE sim doesn't work in it).

In the unlock portal on EE website the IMEI is not recognized.

Please help me 🙂

@Cristyg  You could try calling customer services about this but I very much doubt you’ll get the unlock code as it probably doesn’t exist anymore.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Cristyg  As the phone is that old ( 1995 )  it’s probably not ever going to get unlocked as the unlock codes for it  probably don’t exist anymore.    EE don’t hold these the manufacturer does.

Just to add 3G is being switched off worldwide. It’s now only a collectors device.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks for the answer.

I know that 3G is already being shutdown and 2G will exist until maximum 2033, the problem is that if it's locked it will show on the screen "Insert correct card" and you cannot enter any menu.
