I phoned EE yesterday afternoon to upgrade my phone contact. It said on my plan that I had a 30% discount and the guy I spoke to on the phone said I could get it. I explained that I had EE broadband and had been with yourself since 2019. The guy kept putting my cost up which I cannot afford for my mobile phone. I have had no choice but to leave my phone plan and go elsewhere. EE then texted to say they would give me a good deal what should I do. I have underlying health problems which is making me worse after the guy treated me from EE.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@Viv_05 , if EE wrote that they could give you a good deal, I would suggest speaking to customer support and press option 2, which should get you through to one of the guides and mention the text you have received and see what they can do.
