Hi yesterday I went in to get my phone shut down as it’s been stollen , I just wanna double check it’s been shut off

You've not said where you "went in" to, but I presume it's an EE retail store.
There's no access to individual customer accounts on this forum, I'd recommend either visiting the store in question, or calling CS from another phone - 07953 966150.
