PS5 Damaged

Hi, i purchased a PS5 from Ee Online Store. I have just received this and on opening i noticed there is a permanent black mark on the casing of the disc drive which suggests it may have been damaged and also ot obviously does not look new. This was meant to be a gift to my nephew, but i cant gift  PS5 that is marked. What do i do? I have emailed ee online store and also your complaints team but not heard back.

Hello

You will need to call EE on 150 to ask for a return and then tell them it has arrived damaged.
