We are finding that every time we log and connect on with the TVs that they disconnect randomly. It’s becoming really frustrating having to login and reconnect every time we want to watch anything on our tellys.
We were told that we should login with the previous Provider which was BT so even though we are connected to the BT connection REE Wi-Fi is still on the list of network providers. But it doesn’t seem to matter who we login with, It still drops out randomly and doesn’t allow our access to the Internet on the TV, even when it’s got a tick and says it’s connected.
we never had this with BT, but their speed was not very good so we switched.
Does anybody else experience this?
