I have bought a second hand Huawei P30 Lite and it's locked to EE. I have tried to enter the IMEI code on the EE website to unlock it but continuously get this error message. I've tried the phone number but it's a recorded message and then it hangs up. I'm going travelling in a few days and currently have no working phone. Could I please have some advice on how to solve this issue.
