Teyford

I have a EE account and paired Galaxy watch4 which when on LTE will overheat after after about a 2 minute phone call.

The watch has been replaced same issue.

Has anybody else had the same problem or can suggest a fix?

@Teyford   Do you have every feature turned on ?   Making/taking a call will consume more power the more power consumed the warmer the device will get.  It’s a side effect of a battery draining.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have the same problem.

2mins into a call and it shutdown from overheating.

Why am I paying for esim if I can't make calls on it?

EE over to you...

@Rb72  have you spoken to Samsung about about this as seeing as though they made the device and not EE.      How long have you owned the device for ? When did this start ?  Was it like this when you got it ?      You might want to look at THIS

Hi,

I have the same problem where the watch dips into emergency call mode if it deemed to be overheating. Unfortunately there's nothing that EE (or any other supplier can do) as it is a known fault with this watch.
