Frozen iPhone 13

My iPhone 13 is frozen and I can’t turn it off and on to restart it

@Mka1   Have you tried forcing shutting it down? 

1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
3. Press and hold the side button.
4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.

This solution is not working for my iPhone SE. NOTHING WILL UNFREEZE IT

Were you doing something specific when the phone froze? What happens when you try the steps that @Chris_B posted?
