Conecting to ip camera

I have replaced  a 4g camera  with a new one still using a ee SIM I can only view it when close to it ! I have a very good ee signal so don't understand why it's tell8ng me it's offline ?

@Bosi1  You connect to it via the EE network so being near it should have no difference as being far away from it. Unless you are connecting to the camera directly and are not using the network.    Is the SIM card in the camera activated?  

Hmmm, I presumed it was as it's an extra data SIM I pay for on my contract or will this not work ?

@Bosi1  It should work if the sim is connected to the network.  Can you put the sim in a phone and see if it works ?

Have tried the sim in my phone and it works fine. It’s a 1080p . Very irritating that something so simple is proving so difficult 

1080p is a resolution not which camera it is.
