Today, 22 August, I approached to the customer service in Shepherd Bush for solving my issue about fast smartphone's discharging.I lost one day at this center. Their agent, Sadiha was confident in keeping save the information and dates for my device more than 3 times. But after receiving back my phone I couldn't find anymore any information on that device. In conclusion I lost all Personal informations about my life and work of 1 year period. 

Who will be responsible for the irresponsible job?

@nadejdakeller87   It’s your device that you have to backup.    No one will back up your device before any work is carried out on it.
