Cant connect to EE

My phone got sent off for a repair, so they had to factory reset it. Ive got it back transfered everything but i cant connect to EE. I have to use wifi calling as our signal isnt good in the house but all im getting is emergency calls only. Ive tried taking out my sim ans using esim only. Ive tried just my sim. Nothing is working its just not registeting to EE. Thank you

Welcome to the community,

If you have tried your physical SIM card in the phone and it did not work and then tried using an esim, then your physical SIM card will have been deactivated.

You would need to request a replacement SIM card to be able to use one, not sure why an eSIM did not work, I would try either texting HELP to 66033 or going to an EE high street store if you are near one and see if they can help.

Not sure whether you can text though as no Network showing. Do you not have someone there with a phone, who can help and you can contact EE?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
