I return a phone in 3 1 25 and they not got it yet .I tried to ring ee but all am getting is a option which are no good I need to talk to someone to get this sorted can anyone help

I would suggest you ring 150 and then press option 2, which should get you through to one of the guides.
Did you keep a receipt of the return, so that you have proof that it was returned?

I can't get anyone to take to on 150 my old phone was received by ee a day or 2 ago and they not informed me they got it and all good .not a very good service if you can get a reply or take to someone

If you need to speak to someone on 150 but the exact issue you need help with isn't there, then simply selecting to speak to us about your bill will get you through to a customer care guide to help with your issue.
Once a device is received back it will usually take up to 3 working days for the device to be checked and everything confirmed ok and then confirmation sent to you.
