Hi,
I'm trying to add a data plan to my watch, it says oops error 212.
CS seemed a bit clueless as to why its happening and assumed it was cause I had a cancellation for an apple watch going through. That's all done and I still can't add plan to watch.
Can it be escalated to level 2 support? I haven't got time to sit around on the phone, they can call me when they've worked it out -the number ending 956

@Jonm80 Once you’ve called customer services ask to speak with the Apple Watch team. No one will call you back more importantly do you really think that your the only customer with them last 3 digits on your phone number.
