I have been a customer with EE since 2017, current contract is 2 out of 3 years in and is a pay monthly phone and sim. My Garmin watch has just broken so trying to get one on contract rather than pay outright, I selected the 9 months option but when I go to basket to check out it only shows the total amount in ‘pay today’. Any ideas why this could be? Is it automatically declining? It doesn’t give any message to say it can’t be done monthly

Hi thank you for getting back to me! I logged out and closed everything down, turned my phone off and back on then re-logged in and it worked! Not sure what the issue was but happy it is now resolved 🙂

It's brilliant that you'd like to add a Garmin watch to your account.
It does sound odd that it's showing the total cost at the checkout rather than the monthly fee.
Which Garmin watch were you selecting please?
