Hi Jon

 

Yes actually I need to complete the "link" part of my registration and I press join the community because I have non of the others (phone or broadband) to complete my account, but I can't complete my account. It keeps saying I need to do one of the three but when I press join community an go back to the shop it shows the same thing again, and its just a constant cycle.

Any help would be appreciated,

@Ejay4 : There's nowt to complete. You've registered an a/c successfully & you've joined the Community. That's all you can do with it as you have no EE products. What more would you want to do?

Yeah I joined the community and when I go back to the shop to buy something it brings me back to the page where I need to join a community first

I'm trying to buy the iPhone 14 pro but it happens with any product it brings me to this page and I click join community log in and then I go back to shop and click on iPhone then the cycle restarts.Screenshot 2022-10-29 153739.png

@Ejay4 : Don't login to your MyEE before going to the EE Shop. It expects you to already have an EE mobile phone or SIM contract.
