Have you missed or have any outstanding payments as this happend to a friend of mine I ordered a ps5, told a friend to jump on and grab one quick, who is also on EE but had the same issue as your having turned out he had missed a few payments, he then had to pay 3 consecutive months on time for this feature to work again

No I don't this was gonna be my first order with ee I only have contract with sky

In that case I would personally try another device if you have access to one if that fails I would contact EE support and they will be able to assist you with an order over the phone.

@INKEDUP223 , If you have logged in, then I suggest you log out and order as a new customer.
What are you trying to order? If it is an accessory, then you cannot do that as you have to have either a phone or sim only contract, we would need more information to help you.
