the sim card still hasn't arrived and no update from EE.  What can I do now?

How long ago did you place the order? 

SIM Orders can take 2-5 working days to arrive.

Order place on the 30th of September.

I'm sorry you still haven't received your SIM order. Did you get a confirmation email with a reference number?

im having the exact same problem but i ordered my sim 6 days ago and i got a ref no however i cant call anyone because i dont have a sim.

Hey there @Ashton19739392, thanks for stopping by!

If you don't have a phone to call from yourself, you can still call the number that @Lesley_W shared from a landline or friend/family member's phone.

Alternatively, it's also possible to pop into one of our retail stores, and they can help take a look or put you in contact with a member of our team from there.
