I ordered this on 7th fen - still not arrived - my friend who went with 3 got hers no bother a couple of days later. I can’t contact as don’t have mobile number so hangs up on me - going around in circles and beginning to wish i also went with 3 now - HELP!! frustration levels high 😞 what can i do? who can i chat or talk to and more importantly how?

thanks Chris & Katie - Went up to braehead snd Uzzy sorted it all no problem - think I’ll use the shop in future - going back up after new year as think he’s sold me on a second sim lol

Is this for pay monthly SIM only or pay as you go?
If pay monthly, did you receive confirmation of your order?
Have you tried getting touch with our new customer number 0800 956 6000?
Do you live near a local store?

thanks for response - its a monthly unlimited data - I tried that number but its a catch 22 as you need a mobile number and if don’t have that end it hangs up - no other options 😞
yes i got an email and an order ref - i even got a text today to score delivery of the ee sim but when try to reply and score it says “not delivered” - maybe because my mobile is o2 - this sim was for another device
I’m near one but can i just go in?

Yes, if you go in, they'll be able to replace the SIM card for you, @Eilmdar.
Just take photo ID with you.
