Yesterday I requested an internet + cell phone plan, but it was not approved, but the amount of 30 pounds was debited from my account, which would refer to the down payment, could you tell me the deadline for this amount to return to the my account?

If the application has not been accepted, any upfront costs would usually be back in your bank balance within 7 to 10 days.
