On my order for a new phone you have put my number as the one allocated to my router?????
I tried to get one of your team to change it but he failed and hung up on me after 30 annoying minutes!
how can I find out the delivery status of my phone?

Thanks for coming here.
Could you download the DPD app and enter the mobile number of the router or email if that does not work, and the postcode to see if any deliveries are scheduled?

On the App it asks for the DPD delivery number I do not have it, I assume this is what you have sent to my router.
I have entered my post code but this is not enough for the App.
I still dont know when to expect the phone.
can you help??
