i placed an order yesterday ( 27/11/23 ) and was told on the phone that it would be delivered by 11.00 am today ( 28/11/23 ).

but hasnt arrived and unable to track it on line, any advice. Thanks

this was a new order and it was a Samsung S23 Ultra 5G 256GB

Thanks for the info, but was expecting it today. is there a timescale as i dont have a phone.

Have you tried downloading the DPD app and entering the email address as the reference and postcode to see if they have a date and time for delivery?
