hello,

i made an order over the phone yesterday and im told DPD will deliver today but im worried they will message my number with tracking when im phoneless until the new one arrives. Also i havent recieved a conformation email either

I would recommend speaking with our chat team who have account access and will be able to track your order for you. 

The 'Start conversation' button can be found on this page.

The team should then also be able to provide you with your DPD tracking number should you wish to track this yourself.
