Hi, anyone help please, placed an order on the 7th for the 14 pro, they took my money up front and heard nothing, called up and was told the order never went through, so placed the order again....once again money taken but still no email for the phone delivery. called last night and now had a cancelled order come through. for one of the orders......been a customer since 2010 considering going somewhere else, anyone else had any problems ordering or actually getting some help with orders.
