I’ve been waiting over 4 weeks for my new I phone 14 pro max upgrade ! 
when is it coming? 
just had a text telling me my plan is changing and my old I phone no longer has the extended warranty, but no date for when me new one will come! 
can you help??

@Lee722  If your tariff is changing over to the new one you should be getting a notification about a pending delivery for your new device.  download the DPD app create an account and use the same email you use for EE. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
