order processing email help

Hi All, 

I need some help im new to EE and today 28/09/2024 at 17:31pm i placed an order for the iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB Black Titanium. I have paid the £30 Upfront charge that was required however not long afterwards I have received an email with ( Successful EE order ref: xko29*******). The Email states that, 

We are processing your order and will let you know when your items will be dispatched.

Your paperwork will be available through your EE account after despatch. Download the EE App and register. If you are unable to access EE, please call us on 0800 956 5029 to request a copy of your documents.

We will send you a delivery update text to:*******

 

So my Question is Does this mean my order has been confirmed as successful regarding credit checks etc and have I passed this?.

 

Also when will the iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB Black Titanium be delivered or restock as the phone is out now to purchase i believe it came out on the 20th September but on my order tracker it just says your order will be dispatched in 24 hours. 

 

Please Help!

If you received the confirmation email that means your order has been successful. You will probably receive it on Monday with it being on a weekend. You will get a message from DPD saying they are expecting it and issue you code to give to the driver on delivery. Hope that helps 😊
