i signed up and ordered i phone 17 pro max on 28/10/25 online. i received order confirmation email also asking me to call and discuss. i did this and was told it hasn't gone through successfully so re did it all over the phone. i didn't receive confirmation email for this so rang in the evening to double check it had all gone through and was assured yes it has. i still await confirmation email. is this usual?
