money taken, no confirmation email

Hi, ive placed an order for a pink iphone 15, the £30 upfront payment has been taken, but i have no confirmation email and the phone has just been placed back in my basket after the page refreshed itself. I need this phone ASAP!!

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 about this issue.

Just check your spam/junk folder or wait to see if you receive an email tomorrow.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

im trying to ring them now, was hoping to have the phone tomorrow. only just switching to EE and this isnt a great start honestly.
