iphone 16 plus pre order

I've pre-ordered the iPhone 16 plus on Friday 13th and got the an email to say the order is confirmed on Monday 16th, I've been checking the track my order all week and its still the same on the Expected delivery date: Awaiting confirmation and will be dispatched within 24 hours, just wondering when the actual phone will get dispatched to my local EE store in Uxbridge.

That message means your order is not ready for despatch. 

When your order is due DPD will text you.

I also pre ordered 16 Pro with order placed on 13th and confirmation received the same say.

I had received nothing further so contacted EE today on live chat to be told my order had not processed and would have to go through the order process again.

Fingers crossed its been processed this time.

im still waiting for my 16 pro max, which I have placed on the 12th.
