iPhone not arrived

I have ordered an iPhone 13 pro max, I re aranged the delivery with DPD for yesterday they did not attempt to deliver and now are sending the phone back to EE 

what do I do to get my new phone

@Ryanw00  if the device is going back to EE there is nothing you can do, once that device has been processed as a return you can then order a new device. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Chris_B is correct. If DPD return the delivery to us, we'll have to wait until it's scanned back in and showing as returned, you will then be able to order the iPhone again.
