Why am I still waiting for my order?! Why do EE not keep people informed? I ordered on 25th September still no idea of when it will arrive. If there’s an extended delay then tell your customers! Keep people informed it’s really not much to ask? Give me the option to cancel the order and go elsewhere 😫

Can I ask what colour and size did you order? Because what's strange is if you go to order now on the EE site it says will be dispatched no longer than 2 weeks so are EE just blatantly lying to everyone because Cs are telling everyone 3/4 weeks now

Just spoke with EE, 28 days for orange, 14 days for others minimum atm for delivery

Its all just a big lie i don't think anybody at EE knows themsleves, this is what the EE site states delivery will be if you order today but people have been waiting for a month for the exact same model/colour etc

I don't think they have any idea, cause I don't see how it can be a month if you can order today, but the also a month if you ordered a month ago, it should be whoever ordered first but who knows anymore. Wouldn't be surprised if its not here at Christmas haha

When i ordered my iPhone 17 pro max blue 256gb on the 16th October it said usually 28days till dispatch and last week it changed to 14 days but mine still says the same time as when i ordered it does that mean I could get it earlier

Great choice of colour there, I really like the Blue version myself too.
The estimated delivery time is accurate from the time of order, however, times may change due to stock availability.
We always aim to get the phone out to you as quickly as possible, so I'd recommend checking the order status on our order tracker to keep up to date on your order.
