Hi I’ve upgraded my phone to the iPhone 17 pro max cosmic orange and still have no order updates. I ordered on 28/09/25 how long do they usually take to be sent out

Looking at the order history for iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Deep Blue, stock guidance while placing the order on the 21st October was - "Available to order (Expect despatch within 21 days"

Which means we are waiting to receive stock from the supplier so we can ship this out as soon as possible.

If you've received your order confirmation email, the next update you'll receive will be when we have your device and ready to ship, which is usually the day before delivery. I would strongly recommend downloading the DPD app and as soon as this has been dispatched you will be notified with the tracking details.
