iPhone 17 delivery

Hi, I ordered lavender IPhone 17 yesterday but since then didn’t get any emails with update on how long is a wait or when it will be dispatched. 

From what I see the wait can be bit long can someone update on estimated waiting time?

@Olaolaola  It says online it’s usually dispatched in 1 day for both storage sizes of that colour way    Have you received a confirmation of order ?

Welcome to the community. 

Just to add to what Chris B has advised, please check your spam/ junk folder, sometimes the confirmation email can go in there. 

Once you receive that email you will be able to Track your Order using your order number.

Hi, my tracking number that o got doesn’t work and I got message that’s something is wrong with my order with a link to speak to someone but O can write anything in there either. It’s really confusing at this point I paid twice made two orders and not getting any updates
