Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

I ordered this phone as an early upgrade on 30/9 and was quoted 'up to 7 days' for delivery. A short while later I was told I have until 16/10 to return my current phone.

From seeing other posts on here, I suspect that the 'up to 7 days' will become 'up to 28 days and then wait for DPD notification'. The £200 upgrade fee and £130 deposit have already been taken and whilst my new monthly fee won't kick in until I receive the new phone, I am currently £330 down and no date for the arrival of the new phone.  

I'm also fearful that the new phone won't arrive in time before I am due to return the existing phone. Will this date be extended if I haven't received my new device before then?

Will those customers who were originally quoted 'up to 7 days' receive their new devices first? Does EE have sufficient stock for all those that were originally quoted 'up to 7 days'? I'm finding it very hard to get any update, let alone a reliable update. 

Can ANYONE help put my mind at ease? Or will I just have to wait and wait and be £330 down in the meantime.

Devices are sent out on a first come first serve basis. The money should be pending on your bank account until the device is dispatched. Do not worry, you will not have to return your present device until you have received the new one and have transferred everything over and are satisfied with it.

Spoken to EE today. There’s a huge delay with EE receiving the iPhone 17PM silver from Apple. They are expecting a delivery however, seems a delay.

I ordered my 17 PM in silver on the same day and I’m still awaiting an estimate date for delivery. I’ve been told it’s over 28 days the wait time at the minute. I recieved a text also saying I had to return my current phone on 16/10 so I contacted them and they said it was an automated text message and to ignore it as I don’t need to return it until I have received my new phone and then you have two weeks to send it back.

They taking forever aren’t they hahahaha just want my phone!! I should have just picked a different colour probs would have been here by now!! but don’t really like the other colours they too bold for me , probs delayed more cause the silvers the most basic one out of the colours so everyone’s pretty much gone for that one like us hahahaha

I just had the generic email that says your order is on track today 😩 no other updates sadly yet, have you? X

Nothing at all 😩 the last email I got was on the 30th saying 'good news your order is coming soon' x

Lady on the phone said they haven’t received any silver PM in from Apple because of a big delay… not good!  

They said on the phone to me they recieved a delivery of silver pro max yesterday, what date did you order?
