iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB Cosmic Orange

Hi, I ordered my IPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB in cosmic orange on 19th October, it was more than 28 days when ordered it has now gone down to within 21 days dispatch online. 18 days now since ordered and I have had two emails over the last two weeks, first one was on 26th October saying “Good news, your order is on track” then explains about while they are waiting for confirmation from manufacturer on estimated delivery date.

I then had another email on 2nd November same email but the subject said this time “Good news, your order is coming soon”  I can log in and see this timeline that says “order confirmed (current stage) and then next stop is “order to be dispatched in next 24 hours followed by final stop “order dispatched” 

just curious to know when you think I will receive my phone considering now it’s “dispatch within 21 days” and I’m 3 days away from it.

im a bit more impatient atm than normal cause originally I ordered the phone with sky 20 mins into pre order day on 12th September then kept getting told this day and that day and finally gave up with them on 19th October cancelled and ordered with EE so I’m just getting tired of waiting now to a phone as it’s been 3 months nearly since launch. 

any information be great as long as it’s not the same generic response “your get an email from DPD”

I know it's not ideal waiting for stock to arrive.
We can't be more specific about your order and when you can expect your precise delivery date/time to be.

We're working on orders on a first-come first-served basis, and as soon as stock is assigned to your order, we'll let you know directly. 

Rather than relying on emails, the DPD app is the best place to keep an eye on things as they progress. 

I'm sorry that our replies are coming across as generic, but I can assure you, once we have more information, we'll update you too!

Not answered anything I asked, I asked now it’s within 21 days and I’m 3 days away does that mean I should get mine soon? Cause as stated if a company says within 21 days it has to be within them days to give the product/service.

I appreciate that you've asked for an update on your order, but as explained, I cannot provide any more specific information than what you already know.

When you placed your order for this device, the stock information states expected delivery within more than 28 days. The information for your specific order won't change. The stock guidance changed to expected within 21 days from orders placed on 04/11/2025 @MNB1991 

As I've mentioned in my earlier reply, we work on fulfilling orders on a first-come first-served basis, and as soon as we know more, you'll be updated.

There is no other information I can give you at this time.

I don’t think I’ve seen a more shambles of a service from every provider when it comes to a mobile phone and how something can take so long to be delivered especially a multi billionaire company like Apple too. 

so if you are saying it’s on first come first served basis that would mean if it’s 21 days as of the other day and mine was 28 I should get mine before someone who ordered on the 4/11 then?

I ordered the 17 Pro Max Cosmic Orange 256GB on October 3rd, and I’m still waiting 34 days later, despite being told at the time of order that it would be up to 21 days. 

EE have been a disgrace over this, never again.

That doesn’t fill me with much hope then, why are they saying 21 days then you are on 34 days you have to deliver the goods within the days it says on the website when order. 

it seems all providers are the same although if it’s anything but the orange one sky delivered my mums one the silver one after 4 weeks and they said 4 weeks so it was a couple days past and it came. 

like how can people order a phone and wait a month or more for it that’s not normal, I get like a week or 2 weeks even 3 weeks but when you are going past a whole month that’s just taking the **bleep**. 

Everytime I speak to them it’s the same rubbish answers how first come first served, that’s fine deliver the peoples phones on time and there won’t be a back order then. Or it’s an open sale and soon as it’s to be dispatched your get an email from DPD…. I KNOW THIS!!!!!!! I’m asking where it is not who and what happens when they deliver it.

Finally received my DPD text late this morning, dispatched after 35 days.

35 days is so long for waiting too! I hope I haven’t got to wait 35 days, I spoke with someone on the chat earlier who said I will get mine within the next 7/8 days but I’m unsure if this is just rubbish that spout to everyone if that’s the case it be 26 days for me
