Hi I placed an order on the 28th October for iPhone 16 pro max desert titanium 256gb and still not heard anything or had tracking updated. Can anyone help please?

On the date you ordered, the stock information is expected dispatch within 14 days for this model.

Once stock is assigned to your order we'll let you know, and DPD will set the delivery date and time. 

The best way to track this is in the DPD app.
