hi i ordered the iphone 16 pro max 256gb desert titanium on 21/09.. iv had an update saying “ good news your order is coming soon” but doesn’t say anything about dispatch, still just says order confirmed? do you know how much longer i will be waiting? as my boyfriend ordered one the same day in a different colour and his got delivered 05/10

I know it's not much fun having to wait for a new phone to arrive, and hopefully, it's with you soon. 

All devices are sent out on a first come first served basis, it just might be that the colour you chose is slightly more popular, so it's taking a tad longer.

I'd suggest if you haven't already, to download the DPD app and watch for your updates coming through there. Once stock is assigned to your order we'll let you know, then it will be over to DPD to set your delivery date and time slot.
