Good Evening, I placed an upgrade online for the new iPhone 16 pro max,I’ve received 2 text messages to say thanks for your order but still no phone. I upgraded on 28th September and I think this level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Any communication would be acceptable however I have received nothing. Any update would be appreciated. Thanks

@Cookie501 once the device is allocated to you you will receive tracking information until then there isn’t any information that can be provided other than your order is on track which still won’t give you information you want hear.
