Placed an order on 30th September for the new iPhone and still waiting for it to be fulfilled. Called multiple times, told various things about when to expect it but still nothing. Has anyone else experienced this?

The delivery guidance at the time of your order was 'expect dispatch in more than 28 days'. This has recently reduced to 14 days for orders placed today.

Other colours are available with a three day dispatch estimate - please get in touch on 150 if you'd like to switch.

Not sure if your aware James but I ordered it on the 30th September. Today marks 44 days wait, we are fast approaching double the dispatch timescale provided. I won't be calling 150 because if you took the time to actually read what I said or even ask for my details to review the account you'd see how many times I've contacted EE. It's actually quite shocking the customer services I've experienced and the wait time I'm currently still experiencing for a phone that's actually available in store.
