Im very confused. Received an email to say I need to phone and confirm my order, which I did, then I received an order confirmation but the tracking doesn't work. Has the order been confirmed or not? When I log in and check orders, there are no order details there. And whenever I check tracking it says I cannot track the item.

I’ve had the exact same thing. Apparently if it’s a flex plan where the cost for the phone and sim are separate, but are taken as one payment, the tracking may not work until they get shipped. I was told they aim for 14 days but it could take up 20 days after release 🙃

It's so confusing, I've done a pay monthly contract and was originally told the order would be cancelled, then I received a confirmation email. Tried to phone them but both times was on hold for over an hour, so gave up. No idea what's happening or if Im getting the iPhone or not at this rate.

I have a Device Plan and a Tariff and I believe it comes out in two separate Payments. One for the device and another for the Tariff. That's how it is paid out of my account.

The current estimate for all iPhone Pro Max versions is to 'expect dispatch in more than 28 days', @Louise144.
They will be sent out on a first come, first served basis, clearing the oldest orders first. DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to be delivered.

I ordered the 15 pro max on Friday gone she said up to 28 days for delivery but I’ve had no email confirmation of the order nothing so I went back in the chat and she gave me a order number and order reference number and it won’t let me track it either just a email would put my mind at ease but she said because it’s a back order I won’t get any confirmation until near the time of delivery 😩
