iPhone 15 Pro Max

I ordered the iPhone 15 Pro Max at the beginning of the month. I know there’s a delay but when I try and track my order, it says that order details can’t be tracked/shown at this moment.

Does anyone know long does it will take for it to be delivered to my address?

@bethc125  until a device is allocated to you, how can you track nothing ?   Once a device is allocated to you, you receive a tracking number. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Once the order has been dispatched DPD will be in touch with tracking details for the delivery. 

If you would like to check the tracking details you have been provided for the online tracker, please call us on 150 from an EE phone, or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
