Ordered my 14 pro max 128gb space black on the 25th October. I was told 21 days delivery, still haven’t heard anything from EE. Now on day 27 of my wait. Something is not right if new customers can get the same phone within a shorter period than existing customers. I have been with EE for more than 15 years and I’m very disappointed with the service.
You can’t take orders giving a timescale and then when your order cannot be completed just not give any information. Just a call or email to explain what’s going on, then you wouldn’t have such unhappy customers.
