iPhone 14 Wait Times

Hi, 

I recently upgraded my contract to an iPhone 14 in purple. On the website it shows as in stock, but I received and email stating it wasn’t in stock and they couldn’t say how long it will be. Any idea why this might be?

Welcome to the community,

Due to the fact that China has been in lock down and many staff have not been working, there is a delay in delivering phones, so will depend when EE get them back in stock and as EE do deliveries on a first come first serve, they are unable to give you an answer.

You will receive notification from DPD once phone is dispatched  the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.
