How long will my iPhone 13 pro max take on back order? I ordered 128 graphite on the 29th of January and it still says back order awaiting confirmed date?

I had the same problem as I ordered one in silver 128gb and I spoke to the customer service team yesterday and they said they’re all on a “could take up to 28 days basis” at the moment

oh dear! My current phone needs to be traded in by 15th feb or my monthly bill will be higher than the one I signed up for.
