I’ve recently ordered a iPhone 13 Pro max 128gb in alpine green as part of my upgrade deal.
I assumed I would have it by now considering I placed the order on Sunday 5th but apparently it’s on a back order. Frustrated considering there was no mention of the fact you didn’t have any in stock which if was the case I wouldn’t have bothered (which you probably know and is why you don’t tell people you don’t have them in stock until they’ve placed the order) as I desperately need the phone.
What is the current estimated wait time for the iPhone 13 Pro max in alpine green. I’m also expecting not to pay any changes to my bill UNTIL I’ve physically received the phone.

Your order would have been dealt with after the weekend, and as it was a bank holiday weekend, may take a little longer. If you want to find out about your order, then ring customer service, as the forum is not customer service, but a public forum.
On the evening before delivery, you will receive a text/email from DPD and on the day of delivery another one with a one hour window for delivery. You can also keep an eye out if you have the DPD app, here in the forum we cannot know about stock, unless one of the community staff happen to be around and they may be able to see how stocks are.
Your payment will not change until you receive your phone.
