I start EE yesterday I did everything online IPhone 13 Pro max and Apple Watch Apple Watch is delivered today to me but my phone didn’t come with watch also my new simcart didn’t come. So i try to contact customer services been 20 min no one answering can I have help please !?🙏🏻

What makes you think your account is closed? Are you a new customer or have you just upgraded and put your order through? Somewhat confusing here. Have you tried your old SIM card, that should still work? No need for a new SIM card unless the old one is faulty, EE do not always include new SIM cards.

 

As for the watch, it could be delayed and come separately, as I believe that is how it is done, and you should receive another notification from DPD. Unfortunately, the wait can take some time for them to answer phones, but they should let you know when you ring up, how long the wait can be.
