how long does delivery take

i ordered a samsung A33 on 08.04.2023. my phone has broke and was due an upgrade. i have had no further communication, tracking order option is not available on my EE and i have no phone to make any calls!!

Welcome to the community,

You will receive notification from DPD once your order is being dispatched the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window. Deliveries are not done at the weekend and as long as EE have the phone in stock you should soon receive notification.

Always useful to have one in reserve for such eventuality.

Also to add, it's entirely possible the Bank Holiday weekend may delay orders until the working week resumes.
