Does anyone have any advice. I called and was offered a deal which was great. Signed T&C's. When i received the phone it was not the phone mentioned on the call. I was told that I had agreed to the phone on the T&C's (yes my error). I was advised and have it in writing from an online agent that if the phone call was checked and I was indeed correct that the offer i was told over the phone would be honoured. Well the call has been checked and I am indeed correct, but I have been told the deal will not be honoured. So my error in not double checking cancels their error in sending the wrong phone that was offered, yet their agent saying that it would be if I was found to be correct wont be honoured. Seems like a one way street to me!!!

Hi @Catrina2109
You have 14 days cooling off with online purchases. Just call and cancel as the phone doesn't meet your needs.
Thanks

14.4% increase to all contract bills from 31st March 2023. As if inflation isn't crippling enough people, you've added another 3.9% just for the unexplained reason to add to the greed. Our family have several mobile phones with EE, been a customer for near 15 years and ALL will not be renewed at the end of their contracts. Another company using COVID as an excuse to be greedy. Several other providers are much cheaper, use the same network, and supply newer model phones for the money.
Another example of the consumer being ripped off.

@Flyboxer Where are you getting Covid from as an excuse to increase prices ? The T&Cs that you agreed too state a yearly increase inline with CPI + 3.9%. You agreed to that and EE don’t set the CPI
Other networks are increasing prices you are aware of that ? perhaps not. You’ll probably find you’ll get a cheaper deal elsewhere as the price increase this year doesn’t effect new contracts taken out after 1st march but you’ll get an increase next year.
and your referring to MVNO networks and these are always cheaper.
